SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship only to the 48 Contiguous United States (free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii) and only to street addresses. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/AAO/AEO addresses.
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order during business days. Please double check the part number and description when placing your order as we have found that most of our returns are due to mixed up part numbers. Due to our automated system, orders cannot be changed once they are placed.
We will not be shipping your order on weekends or on days that our shipper is not operating. SightmarkOnline makes an effort to ship your order the same business day. However, any orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will probably be shipped the next business day.
SightmarkOnline charges a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $4.95 per order. All shipments are made via ground. We do not ship outside the USA. File claims for shipping damages with the shipping company that delivered your package.
Returns Terms and Conditions and RMA Process
While SightmarkOnline accepts returns, we do not pay return shipping unless we were at fault on your order. All returns must be initiated within 20 days of the order’s shipping date. Any and all returns must be previously authorized before shipping them back to us. You may return or exchange your product in its original packaging within 20 days of your order’s shipping date for a refund (subject to restocking & processing fees) LESS SHIPPING CHARGES. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping", our shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your return refund.
Please contact our Customer Service Department (click here to e-mail Customer Service) to initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. All returns for refund will be charged a 7% processing fee. Depending on the item being returned, and the reason for return, you could be subjected to an additional restocking fee of up to 15%. All returns must be shipped pre paid (no COD’s accepted) and must include the following: copy of purchase invoice/receipt, a brief letter of explanation, product and all accessories, user guides, batteries, etc. packed in original packaging and in original product box. To avoid a restocking fee, items must be returned in NEW CONDITION…in other words, they must be resalable. Refunds will not be made under any circumstances if product is returned damaged in any way. WARRANTY & WARRANTY CLAIMS
Sightmark® products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty and are warranted free of defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a defect under this warranty, Sightmark will, at their option, repair or replace the product. For night vision products, the image intensifier tube that enables night vision capability is warranted to be fee from defects for a period of 3 years from date of purchase, as are other light emitting devices such as lasers, red dots, and holographic imaging devices. However, light bulbs and batteries are not applicable to this warranty. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or improper handling. Also, this warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than Sightmark. Firefield products are covered by a three (3) year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Check the warranty information that came with your product for details. Warranty may vary with product.

Please click here go to Sightmark’s Warranty RA Application page and fill out the information on their form. Also, understand that they might call you in order to verify any issues or to trouble shoot any issues that can be fixed without being shipped back to Sightmark. Sightmark will respond with an RMA Number and shipping instructions if necessary.
Your Pulsar product is covered by a 3 year warranty on mechanical parts (eye piece, lenses, adjustment knobs and on/off switch), night vision intensifier tubes, digital CCD chips and the CMOS chip.
In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or improper handling. Also, this warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than Pulsar. This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid if the product is registered within 30 days after the product has been purchased.
To receive a Return Authorization number for warranty service, or out-of-warranty repair, you will need to do the following:
1. Fill out the online Warranty Return Authorization Form or call 877-431-3579.
2. Once the request has been received you will either receive a reply email that contains all necessary return information or a customer service representative will contact you and give you a Return Authorization number over the phone.
If you are sending in a product for a warranty repair, you will be required to fill out the Warranty Return Authorization Form. Once the form has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Return Authorization number and a PDF Return Form. The Return Form must be filled out completely, and mailed in with your product. In order for your repair to be successfully fulfilled, be sure to closely follow all instructions outlined by the Return Form.
If any of the aforementioned instructions are not properly followed, your request cannot be processed and the product will be held until you are contacted, and proper documentation is received.
To send in the product, you will be required to include the following items:
1. The filled out Repair Form.
2. The defective product.
3. Copy of the original receipt showing when and where the product was purchased.
4. The Return Authorization number printed on the box, with a return address.
This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid if the product is registered within 30 days after the product has been purchased.

Starlight Cases Warranty
Each Starlight Case is backed by an Unconditional Lifetime Warranty. In the rare occurrence you experience damage to any Starlight Case, contact Starlight Cases (New Innovative Products, Inc.) at 919-965-8643 for an RMA# and they will have the case shipped back to them to repair or replace.
